Q: I did not order a DVD on the night of the event. Can I still get a copy of my child’s school play?

A: Video projects are available for a year from their production date. Contact us by email or phone to request the desired production. Specify time of production, school name and play name. i.e. Fall 2011 – DC Middle School – “Sleepy Hollow”

Q: What information should I include when making an order?

A: Please include as much information as possible. Name and address are essential, as well as a phone number. Also helpful is the time of day you can be reached, if you would like to pick up your order personally or would like it mailed to you, etc.

Q: I do not live in the OKC area, but would like to have a memory DVD made, can I preview my order before it is finalized?

A: A video can be posted on the website for you to view prior to disc finalization. Any changes or concerns can be addressed at this time. In person consultation is always preferred for best results, but we understand this is not always possible and will do all we can to provide a product that meets your specifications.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the final result?

A: Whenever possible final approval will be given by the customer before the project is finalized. In the event you are not satisfied with the final product we will rework the project to address any concerns that you might have. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Q: Will I get my pictures or videos back?

A: Yes. We understand the importance of your family photos, that is why we’re preserving them in the first place! Great care will be taken with your treasured family photos and they will be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Q: How long does it take to get my video?

A: A lot depends on the current workload and especially the amount of editing required to produce the desired result. Generally speaking it should 2 -3 weeks to receive your order. Some projects by necessity will require more time to complete. Every effort will be made to convey the time required to complete the project at the time of ordering.

Q: How do I contract Lightning Bug to videotape my event?

A: Simply contact us via email or phone with details of your event including location, type of event (wedding, school play, family party, etc.), date of the event and desired completion date. Project pricing depends upon several factors, length of shoot, number of cameras, driving distance, editing time etc.
